Information we receive
Checkout asks for your name, email, telephone, delivery street, city, state and ZIP code. An optional notes field is for delivery instructions, not sensitive information. The request includes selected products, fixed-size variant, quantities and the displayed price calculation. We do not ask for card numbers, bank credentials, a password, date of birth or identity documents. Please do not put payment or medical details in notes.
How information is used
We use contact and delivery details to review your order request, answer questions, confirm availability and a delivery quote, and resolve returns or defects. Sending this form saves an order request; it does not charge a card, create an account or automatically subscribe you to marketing. We do not sell customer information. No analytics or advertising tracker is installed in this storefront.
Storage and retention
Order requests are stored in private server files outside the public website. They are retained for up to 365 days, with expired files removed on a subsequent site request. Necessary shopping sessions expire after 12 hours from their start. Browser consent preferences expire within 180 days and can be changed or withdrawn through Cookie settings in the footer. Operational host access logs may contain network and request metadata; those are controlled by the hosting environment rather than a customer account.
Who can receive data
Information is available to the merchant and hosting provider for operating the site. If an order proceeds, the minimum delivery details may be supplied to the chosen carrier. We do not claim a payment processor or automated email integration here. If a separate payment arrangement is proposed during confirmation, you can ask which provider receives your details before agreeing. Do not email financial credentials.
Your choices and requests
